What I took away from this video was thoughts about my experience with open source content. I have read books listened to music and heard sound effects that are open source. They can be legally changed and copied. Richard's effective speaking techniques are walking and always facing the audience. He's also always smiling and is ready to speak about his subject. His presentation style is to mostly give a speech with limited assistance from a projector, in order to display pictures to the audience. What really matters is how effective open source learning is/would be. Students have free things to work with and learn more effectively then they are today by a large amount. Education is tedious, but incredibly important because the youth inherits the earth and must know what to do, and go beyond that, improving on what the previous generation did. Open source is a brilliant idea that must stay in the world and develop to many things. Authors and artists must know about this, and do something about it, adopting open source to their own works. The world doesn't stand still, and must go on, with new ideas to run it.
